Cancelling
Plans change. That is fine.
Free to cancel up to 12 hours before. After that, no refund.
Cancel up to 12 hours before the class starts and you get your money back, or your free first class back. Later than that, the spot is freed for someone else and nothing is refunded. If the studio cancels a class, you always get everything back.
You cancel from your ticket in My practice, and the ticket shows your exact deadline.

Morning Sit is free: cancel any time before it starts so someone else can have the spot.
Paying

When you book online
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Your free first class needs no card at all.

Is tax included?
Every price is the full price you pay.
How do I use my free first class?
Sign in and book any class you like. The free first class is applied when you book, so there is no code to type and no card to add. It is one per person.
Why does my receipt show two lines?
Every price has two parts, the instructor fee and the studio entry, and your receipt lists both. Together they make the price on this page, with nothing added on top.
What if I miss a class?
Nothing is refunded, and there is no fee on top either. If it was your free first class, it counts as used. If you know you cannot come, cancel from your ticket, even late, so the spot goes to someone else.
Can a friend come with me?
Yes. Share the class from its page or from your ticket, and your friend books their own spot. If it is their first visit, their first class is free too.
